While some teachers favor a direct instruction approach, I try to tailor my instruction to the growing and diverse needs of each student. Some are more auditory learners than others, therefore, for those you would need a lot of teaching by rote, i.e "do as I do", so to speak.

I have recently completed my Masters in Elementary Education and am working at Community Charter School in Charlotte as a Teaching Assistant.
