Although there is no one best style for all situations, this style highlights the value of encouraging independent thinking, problem solving, and ownership for learning. It’s my goal not just to dispense information to students, but to coach them to turn the information into knowledge and eventually wisdom (21st Century learning strategy). I am proficient at discerning between ability (skill or talent) and motivation (willingness to learn) in order to better guide a learner towards success.
