I dislike seeing students struggle and continuously repeat courses and not improve. Classes cost finances and students are not refunded for courses they did not pass. I teach 7th grade remedial and general math. I work students at risk of not passing, and I work very hard to break down math concepts. I believe it is so important to find a way to make each student understand a concept. I do not teach "just one way", but find the method that turns my students'lightbulb on.
