I solve problems. I am a bioanalytical chemist and biomedical engineer. This profession requires using math, statistics, biology and chemistry at a high level on a daily basis as I develop products that improve healthcare. I have taught or tutored science and math from elementary to post-college level for over 25 years in diverse settings.
Student-led and interactive. No lectures. No drudgery. I focus on the process of solving problems. Restate the question. Draw diagrams. Figure out what information is missing. How can I get that information? Can it be calculated or is an estimate good enough? What sources are reliable?

I learned through visual aid. So, I guess I would lean towards this style of teaching. However, if a student learns better with audio aid then I would be willing to combine the two methods to better educate the student. My goal is to provide the best education possible and to suceed in that is to have great communication and alittle fun doing the work that is expected.
I have not taught anyone or tutored anyone for money. However, I would like to have the oppitunity to be able to tutor children or young adults on their way of the journey of life. As a Math Educator, I have achieved a BA and M.Ed in Math Curriculum. This two titles let me to work in 6 different school in wich I had devoloped a high standar curriculum in each area of the Math field. My last experince in the classroom was with a drop out students program in wich I helped giving that second opportunity to students that in some cases no one believe in; to graduate fron high school.
