I have taken up to Calculus BC and I tutored at my high school. I tutored up to geometry in high school but I am comfortable tutoring up to pre calculus. I am very comfortable working with people of all ages. I am also comfortable working with elementary students in any subject. I have not tutored elementary school students but I have helped out in classrooms.

I have worked as a tutor for 10 years in all subjects, especially focusing on ESL learners. Recently, I have worked in an ESL school (FLS International) with university age students seeking to matriculate into American Universities. Before that, I worked in South Korea teaching English. While employed at these schools, I also work part-time as a tutor- mostly for middle and high school age students. I am a credentialed teacher who has been in the profession for over 20 years. During that time, I taught grades K-6. I am a patient, positive, creative teacher who enjoys working one on one or in a small group. My focus is math and reading comprehension. I have experience being an English tutor to four different families during my time abroad in Barcelona. My students varied in age, the youngest being seven and the oldest being 13. This experience allowed me to better understand students at all different levels and what teaching methods children at different ages better respond to. I also have experience using my passion for art as tools of learning. I have experience teaching drawing and painting as tools of stress relief and of memorization.
