I believe in a multi-sensory approach to learning. All children learn in their own way. My job as a teacher is to provide instruction in a way the child will learn best, whether that is through movement, audio, manipulative or visual cues. I understand that all children learn at their own pace and I am patient. Learning should also be relevant to a student's life. If the students understands how algebra, reading or music will help them in life, they are more persistent in their education. Finally, learning should be fun.
