A Little Bit About Me...

I feel like repetition is the key to learning and has been my guide though school. Patients and understanding are also key points that I bring to the table.
I began my undergraduate career in Indiana in 2009. I finished in 2014 with a BS in Biology and an AS in chemistry. I am currently a Masters student at the VTB here in College Station Texas. I am in the process of switching to a PhD in the Neurosciences here at Texas A&M. I am very reliable and have my own car. I work hard, and have a flexible after school schedule.

A Little Bit About Me...

Throughout my undergraduate years, I was recognized as an outstanding student and held the maximum number of teaching assistant positions every semester. I often met students in the library to hold tutoring groups, and I handed out my phone number in case someone needed my help anytime. I am currently working on my teachers certification, and my long term goal is to teach high school science. I have a passion for education and science, and I believe that my purpose for benefiting humankind is to train the future men and women of our country.
My preferred method of teaching is hands-on, through real experiments. Unfortunately, experiments cannot always be done, so I use lots of illustrations and age-appropriate analogies that are easy to relate to.
