Translating Bosnian/English during ESL classes for adults and tutored K-12 students after school. *Tutored and taught international college students and adults working on their GEDs at the Adult Learning Center of Bowling Green Technical college for a year. *Tutored college English and Chemistry for five months at the American University in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) during study abroad term. *As the eldest of five children, I was a private tutor for my siblings from K-12 and even some college. As a graduate of a small liberal arts college, I have spent many hours volunteering to help tutor my classmates in both biology and the humanities. I hold a bachelor's degree in biology. I have learned extensive grammatical skills through my school's intensive general studies program. I enjoy teaching and working with students. I believe all children can learn according to their individual learning styles. I enjoy seeing success when the students understand the material and achieve to their greatest potential. Since I have a child of my own who has struggled with a Learning Disability, I have learned various methods and techniques to help him understand the content material. If a student does not understand the way in which I am explaining the material, I present the same material, but in a different manner until he/she understands.
