Similar to anatomy, some physiology is certainly part of the personal training requirements in terms of being trained and instructed and having to display a very strong knowledge of this. However, as the coruse I tutored for two years in college was Anatomy & Physiology, I am very comfortable in this subjet. Learning can be hard. Memorization can be hard. Knowing how to determine the proper equation to use in a chemistry or math equation can be hard.
