I have been working with Microsoft Access for over seven years in the real world environment of health care insurance. My experience is not tied to the basic and safe approach of a typical classroom environment. Instead, I have had to learn and survive under the pressures of deadlines and required performance. My teaching style is like a coach. I show the student the method to solve the problem and then I observe, correct and praise the student while he/she solves similar problems. It is important to explain the underlining principle in the problem so the student will be able to solve similar problems without just memorizing a few rules.
