As a full time student and a full time employee of the General Electric Company I did not have the time to goof around. I had to be driven and utilize my time to accomplsh the most amount in the least amount of time. Therefore I have been able to use my experience to help students learn quickly and easily. I firmly believe that every child is capable of learning hard concepts, they just have to be taught in a way that is applicable to them. So I first like to get to know the student and try to figure out their learning style and teach them according to how they learn. This helps me figure out where the root of the problem is so I can fix it. Then I like to use a lot of visual and hands-on lessons because children need that to really grasp concepts and to apply it in different situations.
