My comments on tutoring Florida Writes : Although I am well versed in this specific test and all of the skills that are assessed therein, this test will be phased out along with the FCAT in 2014. Its replacement has yet to be identified, but it will probably be designed to assess the requirements of the CCSS (Common Core State Standards) that are being fully implemented this school year in lieu of the Florida Sunshine Standards. See my description under Writing for a general picture of a tutoring plan for writing. All tutoring plans are individualized to meet the needs of the student.

I attended one of the top programs for Early Childhood Education, where I spent two years student teaching a multi-age first and second grade class. After graduation, I selected a corporate path instead of the classroom, where I learned instruction design and delivery for adults as well.
