I have a BS in chemical engineering. I have 13 years of applying engineering and project management principles in the automotive plastics industry. A key to my success is influencing people by explaining "why" and "how" something should be done to develop partnerships leading to increased cooperation and advocacy. In my career in automotive plastics, I coached or taught manufacturing principles to improve quality and efficiency.
