My comments on tutoring Elementary Science : Having the Common Core State Standards, we have specific areas at each grade level. Having said that, students will need to learn the Next Generation Science Standards as it is being implemented.

Over 16 years, I have taught various subjects for students with hearing impairments. I also have experience in teaching students with multiple disabilities as well. I have had experience in teaching an after school program with students who needed assistance in learning. In addition, I have taught American Sign Language classes to parents. My comments on tutoring Elementary Science : Taught elementary school, mostly grades 3-6 most of my life in a self contained classroom teaching all subject areas. Excellent teacher with Superior ratings. Believe in hands on science. Would like to try some experiments to teach scientific method.

Prefer to facilitate learning and provide more hands on activities. Try to connect reading with writing as the two subjects are very much intertwined in the skills they take. Great at teaching across the curriculum to help students in subject areas that require reading of nonfiction
