I have been teaching violin lessons to children and adults for over 19 years, and continue to do so today. I began my career in Paris, France, where I lived for five years, and have maintained my fluent French language skills. I have a very strong background in creative writing in the English language as well; before beginning my career as a violinist, I won some minor writing awards and had the opportunity to work as an editor and proof-reader. I have always been a curious person and even as an adult I enjoy learning. As a result, I have a passion for sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I earned my BA in German with a minor in music. My interest in the German language began as a child when my mother took a military assignment to Germany.
