The Achievement Centers, our after school tutorial/diagnostic clinic and before and after school care, is available for all ages and subjects. Tutoring and diagnostic testing is available after school, evenings (Monday – Friday) and Saturday mornings. The clinic is available year-round. Our testing clinician and school psychologist offer a Psychoeducational Evaluation to all new students. The testing is scheduled for two three hour sessions on separate days during after school hours. The evaluation consist of various test measuring a student’s cognitive abilities, processing skills, IQ, and academic levels. The evaluation will determine a student’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as how they think, reason and process information. A conference will be held with the family and/or the student. I have taken quite a few upper level courses that many students may find difficult in their collegiate years. I took General Chemistry I & II, Organic Chemistry I & II, College Physics I & II, Human Physiology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Calculus I, Histology, General Biology, Pathophysiology, and Genetics to name a few. I come from a heavy science background and have been tutoring students since Junior year of high school. I have also completed several research projects at my undergraduate institution. I am willing to tutor college level courses because I have first-hand experience with them and know how frustrating times can be while in college.

I have taught "Introduction to Business & Technology" since March, 2008 and was promoted to teaching two classes online in 8-week cycles as "adjunct professor" in mid-2010. I was promoted to "visiting professor" in 2011, and enjoy working with students who range broadly in ability. My greatest strength is in helping students to believe in their own ability through aspects of mentorship and encouragement. I used to volounteer to help my fellow students in sessions similar to tutor under supervision of the assistant professor (who holds a PhD degree in the subject). I was designated "dissector"; Those prepare for the "practical-lab." class for Anatomy. In Egyptian schools of medicine, they still use cadavers. Plastic models are gradually and partially taking over currently. Anyway, I was preferred because I use the "personal" language and the special aproach for each person.People around me call me the best "coach" because of my way of helping. I never give them a direct answer; Insetead, I give them either a "hint", a "reminder" or a "source" to find it out by themselves.
