I started out working as a Head Start teacher's assistant and the following year I was promoted to Head Start teacher and manager. I'm weary of dealing with managed care and am currently a little over than a year away from getting my Masters in Education.
I believe all children want to learn. Sometimes it takes some work to find the spark that ignites the learning process.
