I enjoy teaching kids and particular the satisfaction that the kid gets when they finally understand the subject. I believe I must make myself fit to the students needs and not the student to my way of teaching, because there are many ways to have a kid understand the subject. I got my first teaching experience as a lab instructor for undergraduate physics labs and fell in love with the profession. The best part of the experience is seeing the student grasp a concept that they felt out of reach. I enjoy coming up with inventive ways of communicating the difficult portions of math and science. Most of my students benefited from my teaching style which includes many examples and encourages a dialogue approach to difficult concepts.
