Even as a student i helped my fellow students to understand and grasp the subjects they were having difficulty with. i can generaly spinn the information into a subject matter that interests the individual or just explain it in an easier to understand manner, offted they just get lolst in the language of teaching. i minnored in math, and majorred in science and agriculture in high school, ansd took veternary technology in colledge this involved mostly biologies and lab technigues.
i have never taught professionaly, but have assisted fellow students. the methods i useed to help them were ither to incorporate the subject matter into a sumject that they had a personal interest in, or manny time i found that they just didnot understand the language of the subject so i reexplained it in simpler terms and they got it just fine.

A Little Bit About Me...

My years of teaching have been greatly varied—traditional/ non-traditional, in the States /overseas, regular/special needs students, children/adults, and with a great variety of nationalities (Swedish, British, Slovak, Serbian, Jordanian, Russian, Dutch, South African, etc.). I have homeschooled our five children. I have provided English conversation classes for children. Also, I founded and directed an English educational resource center for expatriate children, like an international school, but smaller scale and with more individualized instruction. My teaching has covered K-12, and adults in business training. Now, back in the States, I’m substitute teaching, especially in the elementary and special education areas.

I have twenty-one graduate hours in Reading and eleven graduate hours in Early Childhood Education. My previous work experience had me working with families where one adult was in need of a GED. My experience with helping others in math has been very enjoyable. Having worked at a university learning center as a tutor, I have helped students in all levels of math courses. My studies during college focused on specifically math where I have completed my bachelor's degree of science with a major in math.
