My main experience teaching has been various science courses but I have also taught math and reading. I began my education thinking I would be an elementary school teacher but then discovered my love of science so I took additional classes while completing my Master's so I could be certified to teach science. I have worked for much of my career as an engineer but have also taught earth science at the high school level for two years in the recent past. My teaching style can be described as "Observant." I enjoy meeting new people of all ages, and my students are some of my favorites.
