Teaching through positive re-enforcement. Present concept, allow student to demonstrate understanding, and then use a step-by-step approach to find out where lack of understanding occurs. The instructor should always be as positive as possibe and try to make learning as enjoyable as possible.
I taught Physics, Algebra and Trigonometry for a local high school. From that point, the bulk of my career was as an engineer, nuclear, mechanical and electrical.
