A Little Bit About Me...

I am an ACT specific tutor but I can tutor for other needs as well. I provide the supplies including tests, calculator, ACT watches,etc. I prefer to work out of Starbucks on 29th and Wanamaker but that can be negotiated. I am a high school senior but I have been tutoring since freshman year in Science and Math for both underclassman and elementary students. I have a 33 on the ACT and I also have a recommendation from an ACT certified tutor.
I usually do hour long sessions once or twice a week (depending on goals) and give weekly assignments to complete.

I enjoy teaching students how they learn. It is very important that students know their learning style. My goal is to help them learn how they best retain information. As a graduate student at Kansas State University I have learned the value of education. My education in Political Science working towards my BS has given a high degree of competence in math, history, and social sciences.
