Being in college for four years exposed me to social environments that I normally wouldn't have been able to encounter on a day to day basis. Whether I was learning on my own, working with or helping fellow classmates, or even just observing how the professors worked with us, I was always learing new concepts or methods of how to interact with a wide variety of characteristics in a diverse group of people. During my time there I was a member of the Varsity Swimming team where I competed against world class athletes within the Atlantic Coast Conference. Balancing life as a student-athlete created a unique and challenging college experience for me. As well as athletic experience, I served as an Assistant to the Director of Community Relations at IPTAY Collegiate Club for 2 years.
