I look for students to build their own answers through logical and intuitive reasoning based on my feedback. If the student truly struggles, I basically breakdown the subject matter into blocks and demonstrate it in a logical fashion. Most of the time, I believe the student needs to learn how to learn. The subject matter is rarely the issue, just the least it mechanisms.
I am fluent in both French and English. I hold a bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Union University 2002 and an MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University 2012. I have coached and tutored students athletes and regular students in high school and college. I work through building a system of excellence in learning that fits the individual.

I love to help people understand the complexities of accounting and the tax code. As a tax preparer I made it my duty to help each client understand their tax situation and made sure they could take all allowable deductions and credits. My teaching style is to lead by example but then provide the student with the oppurtunity to work through the problem on their own. A Little Bit About Me...

I was a Missionary in Panama for fourteen years. Learned Spanish through a two-year course in the country. As a missionary, I went on to teach Literacy and Bible to indigenous peoples there. After coming home stateside, although not certified, I earned extra income by giving classes in English to Hispanics in my home. I also taught English to monolingual Hispanics through an Afterschool program in Northeast Elementary, Jackson, MI. I worked as a Paraeducator in Northeast Elementary, as a General Education Paraeducator, but I often subbed for regular ESL teacher aides in the classroom.
