I enjoy teaching science and strive to teach my students to be able to think for themselves. I try to gear my lessons so that my students are not only able to recall the material, but able to use it. I am an easygoing teacher who aims to make the lessons fun, so that they will be enjoyed.

Small successes help to build confidence in order to move on to the subsequent challenges. I worked for 16 years as a high school science and math instructor at a small school which necessitated that I teach all the courses in the 9-12 curriculum in rotation.
