A Little Bit About Me...

I have taught pre-school and elementary school in Canada and in the USA. I have taught French K-8. I have worked with adults with disabilities in a habiliitation setting. I have worked as a COTA in the school districts where I provided OT services for students with disabilities, aged 4-21.
My approach when teaching children is child centered. The activities I provde are needs driven and geared toward the child experiencing success as he works to increse skills in the target area. A Little Bit About Me...

I have been working for a local High School for 3 years now as an instructional assistant. Currently I have 3 math classes. I have 2 pre-algebra classes and one geometry. I basically help students mostly 1:6. I have 8 math students that I work with. This summer I also thought math for the students that have failed classes or that were skipping classes and needed to make up the credit. I have BA in English/American Literature.
