My overall goal is to develop in students the capacity for independent action, initiative, and responsibility. I work with students on projects almost in a consultative fashion and I provide as much support and encouragement as possible. The personal flexibility, and the focus on students' needs and goals are of my utmost importance.
I have a Bachelors & a Masters of Science in Biology. Most of my experience is in academic research from both Canterbury University and The University of Oklahoma.
