Experience Summary
I am a NYS Certified School Psychologist. I have worked in an Elementary School building for 2 years and have been working for WFL BOCES for the past 8 years with students in high school. I have experience working with students with a variety of learning needs as well as with students with significant social, emotional and behavioral difficulties. English and Math are (2) of my strengths but I am well versed in many of the academics skills necessary in order to obtain a NYS Regent's Diploma. In addition, I have been playing guitar for the past 6 years and would love to help out students who are interested in learning how to play.
Teaching Style
Overall, my style is fairly casual. I meet students where they are at and have a unique ability to take them to where they want to go. I try to tap into strengths and inspire students to invest in learning by identifying their interests and making connections between academic content and personal interests.
