Experience Summary
I studied Political Science, Psychology, Literature, and Creative Writing at Boston University. I have extensive research experience and am a skilled editor and proofreader. High School AP exams are easy if you know your material! I took the exams in the following categories with scores of 4s and 5s: Literature, Psychology, Composition, European History, and American History. I tutored elementary students in math and reading for a community service program during my time in Boston and still edit research papers for friends and acquaintances.
Teaching Style
I approach teaching creatively and encourage a student's involvement when creating their lesson plans. My background in psychology provides a unique perspective on effective teaching techniques for different personality types. Everyone learns differently and teaching should reflect this principle.
