I have always endeavored to excel academically and so sought after and received a top-level education at Duke University. Having a love of language and having a desire to be able to teach at all levels, I obtained an MA in English from the UNC-G. I have had 43 years of teaching and tutoring at all levels, elementary through college. Since the collapse of the housing market in Florida, and the elimination of home equity from which people financed mediation, the business has contracted substantially. A Little Bit About Me...

I love teaching children and young adults. I understand how to connect with people on a level on which they feel comfortable. I take the time to get to know the children so that I can teach them in the ways that will best suit them. I tend to be a creative teacher - I enjoy hands-on activities. As I indicated, I have a B.A.in Philosophy and later studies in Art. Later, in 1975, I decided to return to obtain a DMD at BU. After that I joined the Army and served as an Army dentist. Due to events in my life following my brief sojourn in the Army, I traveled abroad to India and Asia. Upon returning, I continued to study, but this time in more spiritual matters. I currently live with my daughter and 3 grandchildren and we have a small family registered daycare. I also participate with the children.
