My comments on tutoring Basic Learning Skills : I am experienced in teaching all elmentary subjects and I know what it takes to help a student grasp the material and relate to it all.

In the year of 2008, I decide to begin my adventure in education. I accepted a position as a math teacher at Red River Academy. a boarding school for teens with behavior issues and drug addictions. I taught 6th through 8th grade math there and helped mot of them improve by helping them gain confidence and showing them different strategies that could be used to solve mathematical problems. After helping many student improve int he classroom, I was offered a tutoring position by the tutoring company, Royal l Education, that held a contract with the school. My style is age-appropriate: I modify my approach to accommodate age, learning level, personality and a combination of abilities and interests. My philosophy is that it is the instructor that should make adjustments on behalf of the student, not the other was around. Any good teacher can accommodate any student with the ability to understand people.

Let me Guide Your Child

Having taught for more than five years as a certified teacher, I feel that I have what it takes to be an educator. Understanding the subject is understanding the student

I myself have add and dyslexia, so I know both ways to teach to kids with mental disabilities and ways to reach without. My teaching style varies from student to student based on how I see they respond.I like to meet with the student before we start scheduling lessons to understand who they are as a person and a student.
