I am a CPA (Certified Public Accountant). I worked at a public accounting (CPA) firm for 7 years. I love tutoring and teaching accounting. I am very friendly and easy to work with and establish positive working relationships easily. I worked as a tutor when I was in college. I recently sat for the CMA (Certified Managerial Accounting) Exam. I should be receiving my results soon. I believe I scored very high on the exam. I really enjoy tutoring and helping others out. I am very knowledgeable in the subjects of accounting, finance, and math. My tutoring style is one of explaining the subject matter in a logical easy to follow sequence. I am also very patient. I have won state wide writing competetions, and have a poem published in a book of young writers. I went to school for Journalism and Communications, but am currently taking a year off. I have also taken and passed the Illinois basic skills test, and took 2 years of Special Education courses at Western Illinois University.
