English Teacher with Excellent Experience!

I initially got my start as an English tutor for refugees in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area in 2002. I then moved to China where I worked as an English teacher in for eight years returning to the US in 2011. My experiences ranges from university freshmen English majors up through non-English major PhD students. I have also taught in a community English program in China in which my students ranged from age 12 through 52. While the majority of my experience is in Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing classes, I have also taught such content courses as debate, newspapers, American history and economics. For all of my classes I have written and prepared all of my own lesson plans. With 7 years of international and U.S-based teaching, tutoring, and training experience, I am at ease teaching multiple subjects to individuals and entire classes.
