As an undergraduate student at the University of Washington, I pushed myself to excel academically. I received a BS in Biochemistry and a BA in dance, allowing me to grow into a well-rounded individual. I have a B.A. in Technical Theatre. This knowledge in the backstage end of theatre deals greatly in literature, particularly the study of dramatic writing. Having already a strong knowledge of English studies this experience has further aided my skills in grammar, analytical input, as well as in reading and writing practices. Having graduated Magna Cum Laude I am confident in my literary experience and my ability to pass it on to children of all ages. This knowledge has been greatly reinforced by my prior position as a teacher's assistant for almost two years.
