As a teacher's-assistant for children ages 4-6 I have been able to gain experience working with them one on one and in whole groups for almost two years. This has taught me the value of identifying with the child's unique learning needs in order to encourage and drive their academic success. As an undergraduate student at the University of Washington, I pushed myself to excel academically. I received a BS in Biochemistry and a BA in dance, allowing me to grow into a well-rounded individual.
