My comments on tutoring Elementary : I have been an intern teacher in a third grade class room as well as worked with other young children. I am currently going to school to become an Elementary School teacher.

Through the Teaching Academy I was in I learned all of the different the different teaching styles and how to teach them. I personally like the student to have structure but I understand they are young and need a little patience and time and with help and practice they will get it! Its just a matter of finding what works best for them and doing it.
I have always wanted to teach! So any opportunity I got in high school I took it! I was enrolled in the teaching academy all through high school. Through this academy I got to intern/teach many different grade levels. I started with a kindergarten class and then moved up to 6th grade P.E. and Science, then I moved to 3rd grade. My experience ranges a great deal and encompasses a lot of subject matter from K-12 Math to English and Literature. My wide range of expertise is indicative of my schooling where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications that exposed me to the Liberal Arts world; while my minor in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Master of Science degree in Information Technology exposed me to more technical subject matter (i.e. various levels of Math).
