After having both tutored and taught in the classroom, I find tutoring to be more enjoyable. Since each student learns in a different way it is much easier to teach them one-on-one than a whole classroom full. I’ve always enjoyed watching their faces light up when they figure out a problem for the first time. I believe that tutoring is a very powerful tool because a lot of students need that extra push to succeed that they can’t get being in a classroom.

A Little Bit About Me...

As a tutor in college, our philosophy was to show the students how to learn the subject matter by incorporating memorization games and problem solving techniques for the classes that they were having difficulty with.
