As a college student, I enjoyed helping others and began working in the tutoring center at Merced College. After I transferred to CSU Stanislaus, I worked both at the tutoring center and for a state program that placed me in one of the local high schools to work with groups of seniors with low math scores in order to help improve their SAT scores.
