While earning my degrees, I was inducted into a honor society with emphasis on helping the engineering students in our department in several way. Our focus was working with companies for future jobs and offering free tutoring every week for all computer and electrical engineering courses that were junior level and below. For 3 years I was apart of the tutoring while juggling my course load which also included a great deal of mathematics. My strengths are in teaching lower level math and statistics to students who don't "get" math. I have an easy-going, patient personality, and I firmly believe there is no such thing as a bad question. I am good at breaking math down to it's most basic level, and going through every step to ensure that you don't get lost.
