Drawing is one of my top subjects! I have a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2D Animation. Since graduating from college, I have spent my time working in the art field. I currently run a small studio where I create realistic custom pencil portraits. I've worked with kids of all ages and am confident that I can come up with a great plan of study for you.

Each lesson is based on what the client needs.
I have worked with kids ages 3-15, developing curriculum for various types of art. I'm open to working one-on-one or in a group setting. We can set up a schedule that works for you - weekly or bi-weekly. Each student is different, therefore the curriculum will be different. I can work with the very basic student just starting out to the experienced.

In Nassau, Bahamas, after graduating from high school in 2006, my grandmother encouraged me to take an Adobe Photoshop class that was being held at a nearby Technical School. I had know clue of how powerful a tool Photoshop was, but I thought I'd give attending that class a try because my grandmother told me that graphic design was the industry of the future. I fell in love with Photoshop's photo-manipulation capabilities, and I crashed about 3 computers in that year playing with this powerful design software like a kid with a coloring book. Creative, energetic tutor with special needs experience

I homeschooled a gifted third grader, including administering standardized end-of-grade test, for 1 year. I have tutored homeschooled first and third graders in math, reading, writing, social studies, and art for the last 6 months. I tutored a 8-12-year-old with autism spectrum for 4 years. I provided respite for children with disabilities for several years. I have coached Special Olympics swimming for 11 years for teens and adults. I have informally given piano lessons. I teach exercise to kids/teens with diabetes and their families at the Kerr Family YMCA.
