I have been teaching for more than fifteen years at the collegiate level and I have taught one year at the high school level. I also tutor students when I find students in need of extra assistance. I have worked in the insurance field for about fourteen years and worked in competitive environments in an actuarial department. I have also ran a small business for more than twelve years. I have a diverse number of experiences so that I can make mathematics practical and live for the student. I am more of a hands on type of person and ask questions so that the student can explore and learn on their own. This will help them to be able to really learn the materials. I graduated from Monmouth College with a B.A Degree in Mathematics while being a four-year starter and two-year football team captain.
