Reading is one of my all-time favorite things to do!! I can't get enough of reading! I have been reading all types of material since I learned how to read in Kindergarten! With reading, comes knowledge. With knowledge, comes power! Reading skills only get better the more one practices it! I taught English for a few years and really enjoyed teaching the students about the world of writing. I specialized in the four types of writing: Narrative, Descriptive, Expository, and Persuasive. I also strongly believe in developing strong grammar skills because they comprise well written wrting pieces. Once a student feels confident in his/her writing and speaking skills, the sky becomes the limit.
