Experience Summary
I have worked in Industrial Management since 1982, holding many positions that include training requirements. Coaching employees to learn new tasks or further their education through our state of the art, on site Learning Lab, is my passion. I have taught Crosby's Quality College to Management classes, motivational sessions to hourly employees, and presented strategic vision to Senior Leadership.
As a volunteer with my church,& with CASA I have enjoyed helping students find the joy in learning.
Teaching Style
Curriculum tailored to the specific needs of the client, is successful if interaction is achieved through the use of a learners contract. Goal orientation, achievement and praise allows to student to push beyond the limitations that life circumstances afford.
Active involvement in the development of lesson plans that interest the student has proven to be vital. Mainstream education sometimes misses this valuable link.
Follow up, focus on the task at hand, and challenging to excel are necessary components of the style that I utilize.
