Teaching young people and seeing them succeed is such a reward. Many students find the conventional school setting difficult and work with greater success in a one on one setting. Getting to know the student and his or her learning style along with some background enables a tutor to create an atmosphere where the student will be most successful. I have been employed full-time as the Business Manager of a private, not-for-profit Christian school, and as the Business Director of a student newspaper, The Voice.
