We have over 2 decades of experience in teaching, with specialties in K-12 and Adult education. We have taught courses at numerous colleges as well as for businesses, state and federal government buildings and for private tutoring. We are a husband and Wife team that can cover basic or advanced training from safety, to medical, to disaster relief, to business and computer software and maintenance, to practical skills such as studying and grammar. We specialize in group training, but also excel at one on one tutoring. I have been teaching on and off through my college years. I was a sub teacher at Ernest C. Drury School for the Deaf for couple of years. I started my studies at Gallaudet University, my side job was a sub teacher at Model Secondary School for the Deaf and Kendall Demonistration Education School for couple of years. During my graduate studies, I was an educational assistant for English Language Institute at Gallaudet and part time rock climbing staff at Physical Education & Recreation department. When I am studying my 2nd masters, I was a Residental Educator of American Sign Language House for 1 year and taught ASL 1 for one semester. Since I moved to California I taught ASL 1 and/or 2 at Stanford University, Ohlone College, and San Mateo Community College. Also, been doing tutoring as a side job. I have been a substitute teacher for grades K - 12 for the past year in all subjects and have C-Best Certification. My teaching style changes with each student. My passion for teaching and working wit children is driven by the fresh way they have of looking at problems and the world around them. I like to observe first then go into speaking a language the student understands. After we immerse into conversations to get a feel of how we interpret and process information, I like to then teach in a way that they student can apply the logic of nature into problem solving.
