For over three years I worked as a writing tutor for Southern Utah University's Writing Center where I helped students improve both their academic and creative writing. As an undergraduate at SUU, I also taught poetry writing to high school students and facilitated creative writing workshops. I have also tutored students in reading and mathematics. While much of my formal education is in English, I am a student of multiple disciplines. Once I get to know the student, learning can progress. I am good at summarizing the information they need. This summery is short, specific, and most important, clear.
