This really depends on the subject, however, I like to do drills to keep basic skills sharp, and to learn new skills. Each student is different, and will need slightly adjusted methodology. I'm also very open to suggestion. I am a few years out of high school, and I've taken several college classes. My AP knowledge spans almost every subject. I can help with almost all high school level classes and below. The various sciences are probably my best subjects, however my knowledge of Biology is fairly limited. My teaching style is to create a relaxed fun environment while learning, and to also be able to put terms in simple lament terms. I think a lot of people are just very intimidated by science classes and I think that teachers and textbooks do a great job at scaring people into thinking they are tough subjects when in reality (from my experience) they are very rigid and easy to think about once you realize there isn't that much information that you need to know.
