I have a laid back, yet no nonsense style of teaching that I believe works with most students. I am a friendly and supportive figure, but there is no doubt that I am the one in charge in the classroom or in a tutoring situation. I like for students to learn to think inside, outside, above, and beyond the box when they are trying to learn a subject. No one way is 100% correct, and if a child cannot learn one way, then there is always another way to process the information.
