I am a mentor,tutor, and teacher of pre-school -12 grade and college.My love is to reach all learners. With a quick assessment of learning how they learn best and then going with that as the motivating factor; goals are achieved.Before early retirement from the CT Teachers Association I was nominated Teacher of the Year. I hold a lifetime professional status. I promote life long learning. I hold 5 endorsements teaching Elementary - 12th grade up to Dental and Medical courses.Seeing a non-reader become a reader is a gift no money can buy... I encourage, empower and believe in them. Teaching Style
I use the interpersonal and constructive approach to learning. I am a genuine, caring Master Teacher reaching over 7000 students by making learning experiences real and connecting academics to real life. The letters by students and parents to thank me are truly inspiring. I provide the best approach of learning they need. The key is to believe in them and teach toward their learnign style. The keys are to achieve their academic and personal goals. Working through their interest then building what they need academically motivates them. I set high expectations and make no excuses. My students have gone on to Yale. I start inward and have them want to become life long learners and see student's dreams come true.
