A Little Bit About Me...

I am a certified Elementary teachers with a 6-8 Mathematics certification. I taught 4 years of middle school math and them moved in to teaching pre-engineering. After teaching pre-engineering I became a Technology Facilitator in a North Carolina Middle School. I have recently relocated to North Palm Beach Florida and am looking for a full-time teaching position.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have a laid back, yet no nonsense style of teaching that I believe works with most students. I am a friendly and supportive figure, but there is no doubt that I am the one in charge in the classroom or in a tutoring situation. I like for students to learn to think inside, outside, above, and beyond the box when they are trying to learn a subject. No one way is 100% correct, and if a child cannot learn one way, then there is always another way to process the information. Not all children will love to learn, but I do try to show them that they can respect the process, and use it to their advantage.
